Let me tell you, there is no such way you can make calls for free, however, you can opt for few plans ( which charge a fixed amount and let you make calls for free) offered by Mobile Networks.

When It comes to GSM networks. Only Reliance GSM is offering a Plan of RS 600 Approximately , in which offers free calls to any Reliance Phone in India. from 11Pm to 6 AM. also you get talk time worth Rs500.

Other GSM Providers are not giving any unlimited plans but, you can make STD calls for 50Paise by using STVs.(Special Tariff Vouchers). All big Service providers like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea are giving Such Plans.

If we talk about CDMA Service providers, Reliance has got a plan for Rs999, in which you get Rs100 Talk time and Free calls to any CDMA Reliance Phone in India.
