Qualcomm sells 26% stakes to Tulip

image Qualcomm recently bagged spectrum to offer broadband services to few circles is going to sell 26% stakes to a telecom networking company called Tulip.

The deal is said to be done with in a week, and everything else is not yet out. Qualcomm, which is a US based mobile chip making company, said that there was a legal requirement to sell at least 26% stakes to a local company in order to provide Wireless Broadband services.
