Yes, you can make unlimited calls to more than 40 countries, with a subscription on a monthly basis, there are no long term commitments, which means you can avail the facility for one month and you don’t have to answere any question to stop the service. you may continue by buying another subscription.

Skype currently offers two kind subscription for unlimited calling.   One is Unlimited Country  where you can make unlimited number of calls to any one country you select, which is available in free calling. second is Unlimited World where you can make calls to all the countries where free calling is available. Skype has recently included India and few other countries, however India has no unlimited calling as of now. they are only providing 500 Minutes of calling to landline phones.
