Few months back Facebook announced that it will open office in India, now there is a news that Facebook is all set to make it a reality in less than two months from now (probably in September). I have been keeping an eye on the news for a long time.

They are going to invest around 150 million US Dollars in Indian Office which will be set up in Hyderabad and they will be hiring around 500 people for it. Currently Facebook has around 8 million Indian users and growing at a fast rate, people are leaving Orkut and Joining Facebook as they feel it’s faster and in fashion.
